Schedule of Events during the HP Red Sea 2013 Competition

Sunday, October 20, 2013

• 9:00-19:00 - Registration at the Marina Divers Center at Coral Beach, Eilat.
• 21:00-22:30- Official opening ceremony at the conference room of the Prima Music hotel.
  This ceremony includes briefings by the judges’ representative, the production team, and by a representative of the local Environmental Conservation Authority.
• 00:01 Competition officially begins. Start taking photographs!

Monday, October 21, 2013 - Competition Day

• Continued registration at the Marina Divers Center
• First day of the shoot-out – heading out to the water
• 17:00-19:00 - HAPPY HOUR - courtesy of Goldstar Beer 

Tuesday, October 22, 2013 - Competition Day

• Continued registration at the Marina Divers Center
• Second day of the shoot-out – heading out to the water
• 19:00-20:30 - Opening cocktail at the Eilat Underwater Observatory Marine Park, hosting the CEO of the Municipal Tourism Cooperation, Amir Naftali,

Wednesday, October 23, 2013 - Last Competition Day

• Third and last day of the shoot-out - competition images can be taken till 23:59.
• 17:00-19:00 - HAPPY HOUR - courtesy of Goldstar Beer 
• The production warmly recommends that photographers start reviewing their images and making final decisions during the day, in order to be prepared to submit final images on the following day (deadline for images submission is Thursday, 10:00 am).

• Entries must all be submitted until 10:00 am at the Marina Divers .

Friday, October 25, 2013 - Events held at the Prima Music Conference Room

•   14:00 - 16:00 - Prima Music hote - screening of all World ShootOut images
  *  17:00-21:00- Marina Divers the - Cyprus Party, sponsored by the Cyprus Tourism Organization

• 21:30 – Screening the official awards ceremony of the World ShootOut competition.
• 22:15 - The Most Innovative Underwater Research - by Ariel Fuchs

Saturday, November 10, 2012

• 10:00 – Group photograph taken at the Satil wreck
• 12:00 - 14:00 - screening of all Eilat Red Sea images at Prima Music confrance room
• 20:30 – The Saturday Show - HP Red Sea official awards ceremony at Prima Music
• 22:30 – Celebration party at Aqua Sport, Coral Beach
